Long road into mountains

Discovery

The Compass Moment

Clarify the vision. Map the plan. Build with purpose.

Overview

Before we design a single pixel or write a line of code, we start with something deeper: clarity.

The Discovery Workshop is a focused, collaborative session designed to unpack your goals, surface hidden constraints, and lay out a strategic path forward — with empathy, insight, and zero fluff.

Whether you’re building a new brand, overhauling an old system, or pivoting toward something more aligned, this workshop gives you the clarity to move forward with confidence — and the strategic focus to avoid expensive detours.

This is where ideas stop spinning in circles and start making contact with reality.

You Already Know Something Needs to Change

Your website doesn’t reflect what your organization has become. Maybe it’s outdated. Maybe it’s scattered across tools that don’t talk to each other. Maybe you’ve simply outgrown it.

That tension you’re feeling isn’t a problem. It’s a signal that you’re ready for something better.

How We Work

Every engagement follows three stages. Each one builds on the last.

Orient

Find the trailhead

A quick worksheet and a free Clarity Call to get aligned on what matters and whether we’re the right fit.

Map

Chart the course

A deep strategic workshop to define the vision, map the audience, and shape a plan you can actually build from.

Build

The expedition

Active development, ongoing collaboration, and real results. We build alongside you, not behind a curtain.

The Website Worksheet

Before we talk, we listen. The Website Worksheet takes about 10 minutes to fill out. It helps you organize your own thinking as much as it helps us prepare. Or if you prefer, our help AI can walk you through it over the phone or chat.

There’s no commitment, no sales pitch. Just a few honest questions about where you are and where you want to go. Think of it as the first step in getting clear.

You’ll find the worksheet at the bottom of this page.

The Clarity Call

The Clarity Call is a free 20-minute Zoom conversation. We’ve already reviewed your worksheet, so we skip the small talk and get straight to the real questions.

By the end, you’ll know if we’re the right fit and what the path forward looks like. If we are, we’ll walk you through the next step. If not, you still leave with useful perspective.

The Discovery Workshop

This is the strategic deep dive. Up to four hours on Zoom, recorded, where we map your vision, your audience, your technology, and your next steps together.

You leave with a Discovery Brief. A clear document that captures everything we uncovered, plus a 30-minute follow-up Q&A within two weeks to tie up loose ends.

Every workshop is different because every project is different. But the result is always the same: clarity you can build from.

Why We Do This

Most bad projects don’t fail in the middle they fail at the start.
They begin with unclear goals, unspoken assumptions, or misaligned teams.

This workshop gives both of us a chance to slow down, think clearly, and set the stage for meaningful, high-impact work.

And if we’re not the right team for the job? You still walk away with a solid plan.
