The Apprenticeship
This is a learning-first, remote apprenticeship for someone organized, curious, people-oriented, and eager to gain experience in digital operations, marketing, and client development.
You’ll work directly with Adam, Azereon’s founder, to help streamline operations, support outreach, and strengthen the systems that allow the studio to grow with intention.
What You’ll Do
Client & Operations Support
- Manage email and inbox organization
- Schedule and confirm client meetings
- Prepare notes and summaries from calls
- Organize files and deliverables in YouTrack and Google Drive
- Respond to client support requests through a WHMCS help desk
- Research grants, events, and partnership opportunities
Marketing & Growth
- Maintain and grow the mailing list (Mailchimp)
- Format and schedule posts for LinkedIn and the website
- Research communities and potential collaborators
- Support outreach to new clients
- Participate in community or networking events
Creative & Strategic Support
- Assist in launching The Digital Wayfinder guidebook (outreach, preorders, logistics)
- Help document internal SOPs and refine workflows
What You’ll Learn

You’ll develop skills in project coordination, digital marketing, CRM and client care, ethical business practices, and creative operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Clear, thoughtful communicator

- Curious about web design, marketing, or entrepreneurship
- Values ethical, sustainable, human-centered business
- Reliable and proactive in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning new tools (Google Workspace, ChatGPT, YouTrack — training provided)
Experience helps, but curiosity and initiative matter more.
The Apprenticeship Path
Phase 1 – Training (Weeks 1-4): Learn systems, tools, and workflows.
Phase 2 – Performance (Weeks 5-8): Support live projects, manage outreach, and earn commission.
Phase 3 – Growth (Weeks 9-12 +): Operate independently and propose improvements.
Compensation & Growth
Flexible: 5–15 hours per week
Compensation: Commission-based with mentorship and growth opportunities
Phase 1 – Training: Unpaid learning period with optional small stipends.
Phase 2 – Performance-Based: 10% commission on any project you help initiate or support (e.g., $5 000 → $500).
Phase 3 – Ongoing Role: Hybrid retainer + 10% commission; opportunity to grow into Operations Coordinator or Client Success Manager.
Mentorship & Culture
You’ll work one-on-one with Adam, gaining direct insight into how strategy, systems, and empathy shape meaningful digital experiences.
