We’re looking for an experienced Growth & Outreach Consultant to help us expand our reach through relationship-driven, ethical outreach.
This role is about listening deeply, connecting genuinely, and guiding founders toward solutions that align with their goals and values.

The Role

You’ll represent Azereon in the world. Identifying aligned opportunities, starting authentic conversations, and helping the right people discover what we can build together.

This is not high-volume outreach. It’s intentional, thoughtful relationship-building guided by empathy, curiosity, and respect for every person’s time and attention.

We’re exploring new ways to engage in outreach. This means you won’t be obligated to use existing process or tools and will you will be influential in determining what shape that takes moving forward. The right candidate will have knowledge and expertise to bring to the discussion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to aligned founders, small teams, and partners through LinkedIn, email, or creative communities.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with the founder.
Maintain a calm, human approach to outreach using Azereon’s tone and voice.
Collaborate on proposals and assist with follow-up communication.
Track outreach activity and results.
Represent Azereon’s values in every interaction.

Compensation

This is a commission-only, independent contractor position.

Commission Structure

10–15% commission on any new client project you help initiate and close.
Typical project range: $3,000–$15,000+.
Example: $5,000 project → $500–$750 commission.
Additional bonuses for multi-project collaborations or partnership introductions.
Revenue sharing available when company-wide revenue goals are met.

This is an independent contractor role designed for professionals who value autonomy and entrepreneurship. At Azereon, we collaborate with business owners and founders daily. We believe the people supporting them should understand that perspective firsthand.
