Culture & Collaboration at Azereon

Working with Azereon is not a traditional role. It’s a partnership built on trust, autonomy, and shared purpose.

We don’t measure hours or monitor activity. (When we do track time, it’s purely for billing and estimation — never for performance.)
We believe that when people are given ownership of their time, energy, and creativity, they produce their best work.

Compensation is based on individual contribution and value created, not from punching a time clock. We have modest revenue goals as a company to cover overhead and ensure a sustainable business. Once those goals are hit, we use a revenue share model so everyone can benefit from the rewards of our efforts. If you find a more efficient way to do something, you’ll feel it’s impact. Sometimes we put in some extra work up front to invest in a new service or an improved process, but when everyone can see and feel the value it creates it feels worth the effort because we’re investing in ourselves and each other.
