Azereon operates remotely, built for flexibility and adventure. We’re based Jacksonville, FL in the U.S. and work with clients across time zones and continents.

Do you use templates or build custom?
We use a flexible hybrid approach. Some projects benefit from premium themes customized to your brand; others call for fully custom designs. Either way, we focus on quality, speed, and long-term scalability.
Timelines & Budget
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary based on scope. A standard WordPress site may take 4–8 weeks. E-commerce projects may run 8–12 weeks. This also depends on our current project load at the time. We’ll provide a clear roadmap during the planning phase. As the process is collaborative, its necessary and advantageous to allow time for review and feedback to be exchanged by both parties between key milestones.
What’s your pricing?
We offer both fixed-price packages and custom quotes. While pricing varies by project, many client projects start at $5,000 and go up from there depending on complexity. We aim to balance quality, performance, and sustainable development — no cut corners.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We typically require a deposit to begin work, followed by milestone-based payments before beginning each phase of the project. We’ll provide details while scoping your unique project.
Do you do pro bono work?
While we’ve participated in charitable initiatives in the past, and would love to do so in the future, we are not currently available for unpaid engagements. We do frequently offer live training events free of charge, and make contributions to open-source software.
Can you work on my project in exchange for equity?
We’re not an investment firm and can’t finance development purely for equity. However, we occasionally accept a small equity share as part of a long-term consulting or advisory relationship — alongside standard payment — to ensure sustainable operations.
Technical Support
Do you handle hosting and domains?
We can assist with domain registration and recommend reliable, performant hosting. For ongoing projects, we also offer managed hosting and maintenance options.
Can I edit my own website?
Yes, for most projects. We build your site with usability in mind. You’ll have access to your content and a clean interface — with guidance as needed.
Will you migrate my site from another provider?
Yes — depending on the technology stack, we can perform a full migration. We can assess this during a technical audit. Even if it can’t be directly migrated, we may still be able to help. Once you’ve set up your account, just submit a support ticket to get started.
Where are your servers located?
We are not a hosting company with our own dedicated servers and datacenter, however we do provide managed hosting plans as a reseller for one of our preferred hosting vendors. Our primary infrastructure is hosted in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
How long does it take to activate my account?
Each order is manually reviewed to prevent fraud, so activation may take a few hours. You’ll receive email updates throughout the process.
What kind of support do you offer?
We use a support ticket system to track and resolve issues efficiently. Submit your request and continue with your day — we’ll respond promptly, and you’ll be notified via email when there’s progress or we need more info. For complex issues, we can schedule a video or phone call by appointment.
Do you offer backup services?
Yes — we maintain regular backups to protect against hardware failure, and individual account backups are created multiple times per week. However, we strongly recommend that you also implement your own backup strategy tailored to your needs. We’re happy to assist in setting that up.
